49- Actually, there are people who do cut that don't mind if people see their cuts/scars, especially people that they don't know. However, those are almost always the ones that do it for attention, of course.

I used to cut, I started at 12 years old and stopped when I was 20, and I have scars on my thighs and wrists. I don't do it anymore, thanks to my boyfriend, and I'm living with the scars. I sometimes wear a short skirt and I'm sure the scars are noticeable...and I usually only wear a skirt around the house. She could be like me. Not something I'm proud of but I don't let it stop me in anyway...it's just a part of my past.
