Amateur mistake. Don't lift weights that are too heavy for you. It does nothing. Do low weights, have a correct form (form is everything) and do lots of repetitions. If all you can lift is 20kg weights, but can only do one rep, it's better to do 10 reps using 10kg weights.
I hear ya OP; one day, while working out, I was on a treadmill, but my eyes were really dry and I was tired. Even though I kept moving, I closed my eyes to rub them, but I guess I wasn't moving fast enpugh. I didn't fall off, but I bet it was hilarious watching me flail to grab front of the treadmill. Ask your doctor for some ideas on some easy-going, starter exercises while you're healing up, like stuff for your arms or legs. Just avoid the treadmill if your eyes are dry =)
Do manual labor instead you don't need weights. Or just do sit ups, push ups, pull ups.
Well that's what you get for being a dumbass
Should've tried something similar
Rule number one of the gym. Start with light weights till you can do the exercise properly.
Before going to the gym, go to the gym with someone who knows qhat they're doing
No being a dumbass earned you thatxD
Get a spotter for barbells. Start with smaller weights. Maybe 10 pounds or so, and do them in sets.

Start with body weight.
