Today, I decided to see if electric dog collars work on human necks. They do. FML

Of course they work on human necks. And YDI for using a shock-collar. That's ******* cruel, now you know what your dog feels lik

Wait, OP. You mean to tell me that humans are capable of sustaining a current of electricity?! MADNESS.

I did that once with a bark shock collar for my small puppy I wanted to see if the setting it was on would be too strong for her..... hurt like hell though .

Why wouldn't it work on human skin? Of course you'll be shocked! That's like saying 'I stuck a fork in an outlet to see if it would shock me.' I've tried on my dogs shock collar, fully aware of the consequences. It was pretty lulzy.

Maybe it won't work a second time - you should try that.

This reminds me of a grade school friend who peed on an electric fence.

c'mon, if the dog must "try" it, why shouldn't the owner know the pain level ?! give him some credit
