Oh, #80- Last year, this girl at another HS in my county had sent nude pix of herself to her boyfriend (or at least topless), and then they either broke up or his friends got a hold of his phone, and either as revenge or by his friends' screwing around, every male under the age of 25 in the county had the picture on his phone (except me) within 24 hours. And that's a lot of people considering over a million people live in my county.

So? At least you're not on it .

Isn't that like ihateyou(name).com or something like that? LOL

Highly illegal, if any of those girls find out he could be sued big time. I'd stay away from him. I'm talking a massive about of money could be lost.

I would kick that loser to the curb. This is why girls shouldn't be foolish and take nude pictures.

It is illegal to distribute pictures taken in a private setting under any circumstances where the subject in question was not in the public eye. Why do you people think models sign releases? And for all the people saying as long as the girls knew the pictures were taken or gave them as gifts its okay to do whatever you want with them, the answer is no. That would NEVER stand up in court, because even if it LOOKS like the girls know about the pictures, it could just as easily have been a camera hidden somewhere or maybe the guy lied and said some bullshit like "Oh, I just want to see how you look through the camera, I'm not taking pictures", AND there's no way to prove they weren't forced into it (drugged, blackmailed etc). That means that the outcome of a trial would depend on who's lying best, which is where legal consent forms come in. No legal consent, no right to distribute. Even IF what you people are saying is true, all the girl has to do is say she didn't give consent and then its a case of "creepy asshole guy who posts his ex's pics online"-said-she-said, which is like he-said-she-said only the "she" is going to be considered in the right 98% of the time. And no, a naked pic where the girl seems to be looking at the camera is not evidence, because she could be looking and thinking "Why the hell does that bears eye look like a camera lens?". Just because you know full well she isn't, and she may full well have given consent doesn't mean that's how the law sees it. And no, just because someone is "too stupid" or "too trusting" does not mean the law doesn't apply to them. Also, strictly speaking, none of the girls gave HIM consent and he's the one distributing them, so he could get in trouble for that regardless.

illegal with out consent and regardless of weather or not the boyfriends are making money off of it or not if the OP's boyfriend is then it becomes illegal regaurdless
