Today, I discovered that the word 'randy' means 'horny' in England. I'm going to England next semester to study abroad. My name is Randy. FML

We aren't retarded. We use the word horny a lot more. Randy is a dying word over here.

When I was in England, the name Lou seemed to be very popular. It has a little tinkle to it.

"Randy" means horny just as much in America as in England. Which is not that much in 2012. The connotation is strong enough, though, that if I were you I would go by "Randall" wherever I was.

No-one uses it anymore - half the people don't even know that randy means horny anyway. You'll live :)

Don't beat yourself up, when clearly you have only your mother to blame. :(

I'm English, I've never heard the word "Randy" except in kids cartoons.. ****.

Nothing to worry about. People don'tvreally use the term randy reference horniness much. In fact many of my friends named Andy, all coincidentally nicknamed Randy, just to be funny.
