Today, I drunk dialed my mom and told her I was so high and drunk that I thought the KGB was coming after me. When I woke up this morning, my mom told me that she's no longer paying for college. FML

For those of you who think the mother was "wrong" to do that: It's her money. She has no obligation to pay, and if I found out that this lousy behavior and irresponsibility was happening on my funds, you bet he'd get no more funding. Totally deserved.

1. YDI 2. Your mother came to the conclusion that you're not college material yet faster than you did. Try working for a year -- flipping burgers sucks (if you can even get and hold a job flipping burgers) but it will teach you not to squander opportunities for education on your parent's money. Maybe after a year you can start over at a good community college and then transfer to a state school. No sympathy here for people who make stupid a profession.

@109... there IS something wrong with drinking and getting high occasionally if the person is under the legal drinking age, and because marijuana is illegal for everyone. I'm all for having fun in college, but why does it have to be something stupid and illegal? I'm a junior in college, and I see no need to go out, act stupid, and kill my brain cells. OP... you totally deserved it.
