Today, I entered my bedroom, ready to play some COD on my xbox 360. Instead, I find a note where my xbox used to be. It read "You think you can cheat on me and get away with it? Fuck you. I smashed the hell out of your stupid xbox." It was signed by my girlfriend. I never cheated on her. FML

Demand that she replaces it. If she doesn't, take her to small claims court for vandalism, trespassing and theft. Get a restraining order while you're at it.

dude u can sue her. first for burglary 2nd for breaking and entering (if she did to get in ur house and break ur xbox). and plus u can file a restraining order against her she could also spend at least a month in a juvenille facility or in a asylum if her lawyer tries to slide a slick one saying she is crazy and needs help. yes my name is funnydudeman and this isnt funny, bastard

Take her to court, you have a written note from her saying that she broke it. Although you cannot prove that you didn't cheat, you can call her bluff by asking her why she thinks so, and provide alibis. Good luck.
