awh. these things happen..wash yourself up and take a nap. careful getting up - you'll probably be stiff.
Perhaps if you had been wearing some sort of protective gear it might not have been so bad.
i find it somewhat hard to believe that you were injured in all of those places... i am a nurses aide and work in an ER and have seen tons of cases of people falling off of bikes. how can you hurt both your thigh and shin? unless somehow your leg was perfectly straight, which it obviously wasn't, because you said you hurt your knee also. also it's kind of impossible to hurt your collarbone and shoulder both, because your shoulder is on the side of the body, and the collarbone on the front.... sucks you fell of your bike. in the summer -and in the winter too- i get the arduous task of picking gravel out of a adult or child's knee or elbow... fun shit
