You should have taken them back in the house and be like, what is this doing in the trash. But after hearing about my friends mother today, your mother honestly doesn't sound that bad. At least she doesn't steal thousands of dollars from you, you need to use to pay off your loans.

That sucks. My stepmom never likes what I get her, so I pretty much always get her vanilla candles. Or something from the Dollar Store in expensive looking boxes/wrapping paper. She thinks it's expensive, but it's my little secret.
