Today, I found a guy getting out of my car with my GPS. He started running and I chased him. We eventually reached a dead end and he gave it back to me. I took it back from him and said, "Sorry..." FML

Today, a stranger asked to borrow my phone since his had died. As he was using it, he kept walking away and I had to chase him because he was walking too far. He turned around, yelled, "Stop following me, asshole!" and punched me, knocking me out cold. When I came to, I realized the fucker stole my phone. FML

Today, I was looking at the map on my phone whilst walking down a street. I heard the sound of a bike behind me so I moved to let the cyclist past. He snatched the phone out of my hand and sped off. FML

Today, my "friend" came over. I caught him trying to steal my iPod on the way out. Proud of myself for catching him, I asked him to leave, only to realize that I had forgotten to actually take the iPod back from him before he left. FML

Today, as I was coming out of the ladies' room, I saw a guy glancing at me. A few minutes later, I saw him coming at me at a fast rate. I decided to run from him. As I got out of the building and into a cab, I saw him from the window waving my phone at me. He was just trying to return it. FML

Today, I felt a tug on my backpack and found my wallet missing. A nice stranger pointed to a guy running down the stairs and said "There goes the guy who took your wallet!" I ran to catch the supposed offender. The 'nice' stranger was the actual offender distracting me as he got away. FML

Today, after I got in my car in the Walmart parking lot, a creepy man knocked on my window. Since I'm incredibly paranoid and scare easily, I put my car in gear and tore out of there, accidentally hitting another car. Apparently he was returning my phone that I dropped. FML

Today, on the way home, a guy yelled "Hey, YOU!" from behind me, so I walked faster. He ran up to me, shouting, "I said stop, asshole!" I almost pissed myself in fear, thinking I was being mugged. Turns out I'd left my wallet at the grocery store, and he was just trying to return it. FML

Ok,so you're a girl,a guy robs your car,and: 1)You start chasing him.Do you realise that he might've been armed,and even if he wasn't,he could've just turned around and knocked you out?You're lucky he panicked 2)He's guy,a girl starts chasing him and he runs,then hits a dead end and surrenders. This situation is crazy in so many ways.And still no FML.It probably sounded as if you were screwing with him :D

Today, as I got out of my car, some deranged lunatic came out of nowhere and started chasing me. Trapped at a dead end street, he holds out his hand and screams at me to give it to him. Scared to death, I give him the cellphone I'm holding and start reaching for my wallet, but he looks at my cellphone, says "Sorry" as he hands it back to me, and runs away. I was so scared that I literally shit my pants, right before an important meeting that I was now 5 minutes late for. FML
