Today, I found my long lost diary and curiously read it. What's worse than finding out that your mother read your diary? Finding out that your mother wrote comments in it. FML

This definitely happened to me. My mom actually wrote a LETTER to me in my diary, circled things she didn't like with red pen and scratched out whole PAGES. Luckily I was only 12 at the time, so there was nothing too incriminating there, but i definitely learned to keep my diary WITH me from then on.

Locked box to keep all your diaries and such in. They said it was drastic...but it works for me! Lol. That does suck. I would probably die is someone read mine. I would be like, miles away and just feel someone reading it and suffer some sort of attack. Lol jk but still...

Omfg. My mom found and stole both my diaries and read them.. I vented about her and got in trouble of the things I wrote in it. Well coz they were never meant to be read! Dx I don't keep a diary anymore, my mind is my diary.

#83 That happened to me too. The first time she read that I cut myself so I got sent to a psych. The second time it was venting about them. We had a whole long painful discussion about the mean things I wrote about them. but hey, CASE IN POINT! I write horrible things because you do shit like this!

What is it with people and diaries? Nothing good ever came from them. All they are are just things that someone could get ahold of and read your deepest darkest secrets. If you really want to write something down, just type it up on your computer, and when it's all done hit delete, or if you must use a pencil and paper, write it down and then burn it. jeeze
