I can't tell if you're upset because he; might have feelings for this other girl, might have had sex with her, or because he appears to expect you guys to break up. Or if it's a combination. I'm going to do what I've been doing in a lot of comments lately, and say that communication is your friend, use it and try to work out any problems you two are (now) facing.

All this talk of Plan B reminds me of that back up birth control thing lol It obviously didnt work for me... But whatev :) I kinda feel bad for OP, cause even if they dont have a rocky relationship it still shows the boyfriend isn't into it 1OO percent... But I also feel bad for the back up. Who wants to be strung around being called someones back up girl?

She's just a rebound, not a big deal. If she was really great he would dump you for her now. I think everyone has a back up plan, even subconsciously.

Agreed. That's the bottom line, if he liked her he'd break up with OP. The end of a relationship is hard and a rebound can definitely help the emotional state of some people

That's pretty bad. Wouldn't you rather be single than be with someone who had such little confidence in your relationship that he would make a contingency break up plan with a specific girl while you were still with him?
