As a mom who has given birth 'the natural way', without any pain medication, I can promiss it can definitely be done and isn't as terrible as you might expect. I only found the actual delivery painful, but labour to me was a piece of cake (all 60+ hours of it!). I hope for your sake that you can benefit from an epidural, but if you can't: don't panic! It's really not all that bad ;-)
137- Chocolate is bad for you, but it's still approved. Energy drinks are bad (HORRIBLE) for you, but are still approved. McDonalds is bad for you, but is still approved. Do you get my point now? Just because something isn't the best for someone doesn't mean it won't be approved.
I had my daughter with nothing..she weighed 9.7 and it hurt Like a bitch but you'll survive
You'll be fine. Just use natural childbirth methods like breathing and walking around during labor.
I thought breathing was a natural method to stay alive. I'm sure it'd be required during childbirth as well. But indeed, you could definitely survive it without pain medication.
