Hi OP here! Even though I had an x-Ray, the stones did not show up. Since the pain was abdominal and I hadn't pooped in a few days my doctor assumed it was constipation and gave me laxatives. However I am not constipated I did pass the horribly painful kidney stones.

Must've been a shitty time. Sorry OP, doctors can be really stupid, I've had my fair share of misdiagnoses. Hope you pass it quickly
Doctors aren't stupid, just hers. Probably a 1st year resident
I'd go as far as to say that doctors are a group of people who are actually NOT stupid, having made it through an entire medical degree. If OP said they haven't opened their bowels in however many days, it's reasonable to assume their abdo pain is due to constipation. You wouldn't scan everyone who comes in with abdo pain and hasn't opened their bowels in a few days. (And for anyone thinking I've jumped to a conclusion about OP's bowels - constipation would never have been diagnosed if OP was ******** once a day.)
For the doc's sake, I hope their anal/urethral confusion affects no other aspects of their life.
You don't get it, and it isn't. Sometimes straight people almost put it in the wrong hole momentarily. If you're intentionally having anal sex, there would be no confusion involved.
You have sex using someone's urethra? Talk about being confused!
Wow..... Im terribly sorry :( feel better
Oh dear god, that sounds absolutely terrible. I just finished passing one kidney stone and I'm in the middle of passing the other one. They're both about the size of the tip of a pen, and it's still agonizing pain. I feel for ya OP, good luck.
I thought they were larger than that. Ive never had one. They're that small and they hurt that much? ?
#27 they vary in size, mine were only 2 mm each. My grandma had one (her first one!) the size of a quarter. They all suck no matter the size!
You might get checked out for something called diverticulitis. I had what I thought were bad kidney stones or bad constipation - turned out I needed 12 inches of my colon removed due to diverticulitis. The doc said the section she pulled out of me was "black and hard like a rock," something she had "never seen before." It's a disease for older people generally, but I'm 30. Get checked out further!
It's most likely just a kidney stone, from what we know, they have no reason to believe it's anything worse.
I feel horrible for you, OP. I've had kidney stones and they are NOT fun. Good luck.
The pain meds used for kidney stones can lead to constipation, so now you don't have to worry about that? Good luck op, kidney stones are rough.

OP I wish you the best of luck, no one likes either of those things.
Well, that's no fun! Feel better OP :)
