I honestly can't make decision on this with the information provided. If you did cheat op, I won't judge you for it but YDI, especially if your relationship with your wife is a good one. If it's a bad relationship, perhaps it's time to sit down and have a very real talk? Either way, I hope you learned a lesson and that all works out for you and those involved; especially the baby.
