well, this is a hard choice. all i can tell you is that it's not an easy choice. to be lawful or good. i struggled with that many times, to be honest. for this situation, choose the Good side, unless you literally must need that job for some reason, and cant get fired or quit. (note: the Good option is the one you want. ;)
You could tip him and tell him not to get it because he's gonna get fired. Then tell him to not tell anyone. After that give him a kiss on the cheek and whisper erect into his ear.
