This one is simple, she is a bitch and she lied. This is not failed birth control, this is her desideing on her own that she will just come off the pill to become pregnant, This is why we need the male pill so woman can't go ooops i forgot. Getting to know her better might have helped but you never know with some woman, using a condom might have been smart.

Now if she became pregnant, because of failed birth control not used at all, I would say, it takes two to tango, and they are both responsible. But when you lie and knowingly stop taking the pill, with the knowledge that you will most likely become pregnant, this is a whole another story IMO. This is clearly her fault, she choose to stop using birth control without having a conversation with her boyfriend, she could have said, I want a baby, or I don;t want to take the pill anymore He could have, stopped having sex, or used a condom if that was her choice. But of course he was never given this choice, she took it upon her self to make all the choice for him.

This is why a vasectomy is such win. There are plenty of rabid crazy "mombies" out there just waiting to trap you.
