Oh yeah, I am from Poland and its very UNcommon to NOT live with your parents even at the age of 30 and having your own family. People here have family houses and we dont move out like ppl in US. Houses are passed down on younger generations who takes responsibility for it and their older parents at the same time.

WTF What is so wrong about being 25 and living with his mom? My brother is 24 and he still lives with my parents and me. No, he is not a momma's boy, he is in medical school. He is broke because his career is very long and demanding so he can't work and go to school at the same time. Don't assume, people !
#143 your assuming that he thinks its weird to be living with his parents when he never said anything about that he was just annoyed that she thought letters from these places would be innapropriate for him at the age of 25
#143 never mind you were commenting on other comments
dont assume he is studying for a phd either... although it would be commendable if he was, assuming he is would be just as stupid as assuming he isnt. point is, he's complaining about the way things are in his moms house... so grow a sac and take control of your own life, or move the hell out... nuff said
don't move. by the sounds of it it's time to put ol moms in a home. that'll teach her.
if you're 25 and living at home ydi.
Two words: MOVE OUT.
She wouldn't have any legal right to withhold mail if you weren't living under her roof. Like a number of people have already said, if you have a problem with it, move out.
That's a federal offense.
Two words: Federal Authorities

I'd say grow a pair and move out of your parents house. You're 25.
My parents tried to do that to me. I got a P.O. Box until I had enough money to move out of my house.
