OP: In all seriousness, consider seeing a dermatologist. People don't typically get pimples in their underarms, so you may be displaying a serious and painful skin condition known as hidradenitis suppurativa. I should know, I've had it for about 5 years. It's related to acne but it is an infection of the apocrine glands (so it will eventually appear on your groin and breast- yes, even if you are a man). It is not related to hygiene at all! I think helosoldier alluded to this disease as well, but it is called hidradenitis suppurativa, not hydrocondriasis. You can try over the counter benzoyl peroxide, but the stuff prescribed by dermatologists is stronger.
