This is for all the dumbasses saying "Durr, you're disgusting for not showering every day" and "you must have bad hygiene." The OP most likely has cystic acne or ingrown hairs. It does not have to do with the OP's hygiene

What help me is putting vitamin E oil on then, clears them up quite well!

Seriously, time to see a doctor. Sounds to me like you have an un-diagnosed allergy and your skin is reacting to it.
