When I was a teenager, I had pretty bad acne on my face, but my armpits had the skin of a supermodel. That didn't help me get laid at all.

In what way? Physically? Looks aren't the only thing that can make a person attractive. Knowledge can make you hot, personality can make you hot, hell someone can find acne hot. Someone can look at me and say physicaly I am the most beautiful thing ever, but another can say I'm ugly 'cause I'm a bitch who just puts everyone down. I'm not saying I am a bitch, its just an example. I am pretty nice to people. :)
