what a bitch you are for assuming op is lazy. underarm acne is not a matter of being clean, it is a condition that requires specific tmt. I can't stand ppl like you.

try accutane, OP :) seriously, it's awesome. I had chronic ******* acne a few years back and it completely cleared it up, for good.

no shit. I took accutane too. my first derm appt at my new doc and he said it's a miricle drug. he was right. expensive though. buy at medsforless . com

Go to a dermatologist, OP. If it's really severe they might put you on accutane. Everyone that's commenting about hygiene is stupid. Even the cleanest, healthiest people can get acne. It's caused by a multitude of things, don't jump to conclusions.

How the **** do you know? It's possible for acne to develop anywhere on the body except for the palms of hands and soles of feet, which don't have sebaceous glands.
