what a bitch you are for assuming op is lazy. underarm acne is not a matter of being clean, it is a condition that requires specific tmt. I can't stand ppl like you.

People who say watch what you eat: this does have some truth, as a lot of processed food has hormones in it that can and will throw your balance off completely. This happened to one of my relatives. Avoiding unhealthy foods can't hurt.

If the "acne" under your arms are little red bumps that itch, then you probably have Candidiasis. It's a form of yeast infection caused by an overgrowth of Candida in the body. You should cut out any yeasty bread products from your diet and go see your doctor immediately!!!
