Don't harm the physically.A better idea would be divorce and take everything he has and meanwhile spend his money on shopping,going out with "old friends",bring them home for dinner.As for that trash she can have your money strip husband and get a sexier one and brag with him in her face and if she gets to be with this one too,then I say go for the kidnap and torture her.
