Wow .. It's mind blowing the amount of people who can't take a joke .. Just like someone recently said, the cop arrested him for not wearing pants. Now, I don't know about many of you, but I don't want an obese balding man hugging me with a chubby out in the open. Also, this is done by a man named Matthew Inman, The Oatmeal if you don't know that name. Now I don't personally know the man but I'll take a bet that no part of him is woman. You can do the rest to either confirm that or prove me wrong.

This isn't the only illustration that was put into the perspective of the artist. On top of that, it's much creepier when done by the guy. If the person was a dainty attractive woman then knowing the people on here you'd probably be getting complaints about how it's not funny because people would be too perverted. Also, the mustache does make him an epic police officer ;P

It's a JOKE. His name's Matthew Inman, and he does not actually go around with his pants off, as far as I know. If you would like to see more of his stuff, go to www.theoatmeal.com. That's where i found the link to this page. And BTW, everyone kinda ruined it for me with the comments. Are Americans immune to sarcasm?
