I would say what? what law are you breaking? I would say what about my freedom of speech...I would sue sue the city for violating my rights...hell I'd be on Larry king live talking about the cop. he would be very very sorry he ever arrested me. I mentioned it further up, but I felt it needed saying again. In some states, the free hugs stuff is considered soliciting sexual favors, which does, in a strange way, make sense. And that's unsurprisingly illegal.
