Today, a noisy little kid in the bus seated behind me asked his mom loudly, "Why is that big man watching cartoons for girls?" Me and the guy next to me, who too was watching on his phone, paused for a bit. He smirked, shaking his head, laughing under his breath. He was watching anime; I was watching My Little Pony. FML

I can only think it's very sitcom-bully-like. Like "HEY EVERYONE! MIKEY WATCHES A SHOW MEANT FOR LITTLE GIRLS!" and the obnoxious laughter ensues, and OP looks all insecure, thus proving the outburst to be true. That's just my take on 'the hard way'.

Regardless the show is entertaining, I believe that his buds have never watched it and are stuck on the 'fact' that it's 'meant for little girls'. I however, enjoy it.

Oh, I do too! I was actually against watching the show originally because I have bad memories of the show from my childhood. I'm glad I gave it a try in the end. Lauren Faust has done a wonderful job once more!~
