EAT SHIT AND DIE "first post" WTF !!!! Idiot.....anyways that really sucks that not only did you find out your wife is an ungrateful bitch....shes also hates italians...great job not noticing how much of a **** she was b4 you married her....
Someone sounds a little bitter, resentful and jealous. Do you wish you were first?
I was surprised thats all. It took me forever to figure out what I was going to say and I still was first. At least I actually made a comment instead of putting first post and then leaving. I wasn't trying to get first post. and I wouldn't say OP's wife is a ****. Obviously there must be good qualities because he married her in the first place and still wants to do nice thigns for her. However yeah seh was really ungrateful. Still have no idea what's wrong with something looking 'italian'. Not even sure what the means....
reading that was so much more annoying than ever reading a "FIRST" post...
It's obvious she said it was "too Italian" because she was trying to be nice.** "Maudlin and gaudy" is probably what she really meant. I feel bad for OP on so many levels: for having bad taste, for being a fool (as in, soon parted from his money) and for not knowing what his wife would want after all these years. ** and you people up in arms defending Italy: stop wasting your time. Everybody loves Italy. Even when the prime minister makes a gaffe he owns it and it's hilarious. This obviously had nothing to do with Italy.
Geez. Even if she does find it a little tacky, she should understand the gesture behind it and be grateful for it. It's a meaningful gift for an anniversary, after all. What kind of excuse is "too Italian-looking," anyway? That makes her sound xenophobic against Italians or something.
I'm going to agree with almost everyone here and say that your wife was very ungrateful for such a gift. And it could be used as a thoughtful decor, she'd just have to put it in the right place. Her excuse for saying it was too Italian is the tacky thing.
Maybe she should learn that Jersey Shore and Italians are 2 different things. She’s a racist moron who thinks only by stereotypes
that is sooooooooooooo swweeeeeeeet of youuu. marry me! and give me that rose
Thumbs down to ALL posts that say 'First'!! EVERY ONE, EVERY TIME!!!
That's not nice >:c... But that was such a sweet idea c:
Tell her your secretary or young, hottie co-worker really likes it. Then get the wife a toilet roll.

No offense, but your wife is an ignorant bitch.
aww. I'm sorry. that sucks. What does too "Italian" mean? whats wrong with italian looking things?
