I sympathise OP, sometimes you do everything you can and you still get spots. If you haven't already, you should talk to your doctor and see what they can give you. To all the people saying YDI, you're filhty, things along those lines, people with bad acne often feel depressed about their acne and they really don't need you saying things like this.
