my parents were dicks too ok heres the thing try to get on his account doing saying something like your account is frozen then you can change the settings under parental controls.... my parents didnt even let me on the web when they werent home and look where i am now... theres another way make another secret user that can only be accesed when you hit f2 right when the computer starts works just as well

open command prompt, type 'net user Administrator *' that should let you change the admin password.

there's something you can buy so when ur dad enters the password it can copy it. so you can dl when u want.

I'd go to the store and get all the settings reset

if you wanna download stuff just ask him to accept a download for limewire and say its for music even tho u can download ANYTHING you want on it
