Today, I got a raise. A 10 cent raise. I have worked at my job for over 3 years. I now make 20 cents more an hour than people that have only worked there 3 minutes. FML

YDI. You should have researched the place, how often they raise wages, reward hard workers and actually give raises before you complain. Maybe you're not a good worker, that's why you didn't get many wages. Maybe it's company policy. Maybe they rarely give out raises, it's your fault that you didn't look into it before you decided to work there. :/

Same thing happened to me this year. I got a 15 cent raise and I've been working for the company for three yeras. Do you work for Famous Footwear? =P

sounds like my job I've been working at my job for 3 years and still at minimum wage and icant quit until I find another job which is hard in my area

I just got a raise after two years i started at $7.25 an hour then i worked really hard to get a raise to $7.75 an hour and that took a year and 3 months then boom 9 months after that i am making $9 an hour
