Your parents know you. If you are threatening to run away, they likely know whether you're serious or not, and where you'd go even if you *are*. They're not going to give into your little temper tantrum and go looking for you when you're making stupid and childish threats. You...are not their authority and they don't have to do what YOU want them to. The world doesn't revolve around you. Get over yourself. What they're more likely to do is call the cops on your punk ass and let them do the work. There's a lot of legalities involved, such as the label of being a run away, and perhaps a stint in the juvenile delinquency system. Do you seriously want to be considered a delinquent and punished more for your pitiful attempts at getting your own way? Grow up kid, we don't always get what we want.
