Today, I got my wisdom teeth out. My doctor said it was okay to eat, so, I had some mashed potatoes. Apparently, my body disagreed with the doctor, because I threw up. Because my face was so swollen, it didn't make it out my mouth. It went through my nose instead. I literally blew chunks. FML

lol the mashed potatoes I had were kind of chunky, and so after I threw up, there were still bits of it left in my nose. I had to blow my nose to get them out, and so I blew chunks of taters out my nose into the tissue. my mom almost fainted. :)

When i got my wisdoms out i was fine the same day,talking, eating, drinking etc. my dentist/Ortho Surg. gives you steroids no swelling..

i had 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. it was the most horrible experience ever!! I bled constantly in my mouth for days, i looked like a chipmunk for two weeks. I couldn't ate anything solid for two weeks to the point that i hated anything mushy for a while-i was on pills so I felt dazed for a week. I had mash potatoes though-but it was a week after. but I think you threw up because of the pillss. good luck! im glad my hell is over.

haha aww. its perfectly normal tho. i think the only fml about this is that yu have to deal with that. i had all mine taken out in one day. my cheeks were a little swolen but i was perfectly fine and i went clubbin that same night. whereas my other friend got them taken out the same week and he was barfing like crazy and couldnt do much for a week.

Oh, hun, I've been there too :-( stupid wisdom teeth (at least you had mashed potatoes, mine was chocolate pudding) I feel for you though!!!!!!!

To put things in perspective for u I nearly died after I had my wisdom teeth puking my guts out 26 times. In those times throw up came out of my nose alot, not to mention that's happened ok other occasions. It's not that uncommon. But to sympathize with u I know it sucks to have ur face blown up like a baloon. I think I had a reaction to the mess u might have to so u might wanna check into that before ur next surgery. U should have eaten cold for the next 3 days anyways. Sorry u had a shitty doctor. Feel better
