Might take a day or two of showers, but they'll come off. People are on here suggesting baby oil and stuff, and that should help too. But it's probably ok if your boobs stay bandaged for now.

Rub regular hand soap on it. I always use that trick if I cant get a band aid off. I use it on the kids at the daycare I work at and no one's complained yet.

Perhaps using bondage tape would have been a better idea...not suggesting bondage later but that sticks and comes off easy
