Today, I finally worked up the courage to break up with my boyfriend. His parents weren't able to pick him up for 5 hours. I ended up taking him to a movie to kill time and end on a positive note, but now he thinks we're cool and back on track. FML

Today, I finally got up the nerve to leave my boyfriend. We have no spark and quite honestly, it's been really awkward. I planned to tell him when he came in, and I did. The question is why you wanted to break up with him. If it was for not paying attention to you, spending enough time with you, or being sweet and open emotionally, the problem may be solved and you should take the tickets. If not, that truly sucks.

listen if you're not happy then leave. but if you still think there may be a chance to salvage the relationship and you actually want to be with the guy then work it out everything happens for a reason. maybe giving you time to rethink is the reason he bought the tickets. go with him to the concert if you still don't want to be with him afterwards. break up with him.
