She's an adult, she can look after herself
YDI for actually listening to your nut job parents.
How do all of you know her sister can take care of herself? For all you know, her sister's a recovering drug addict, or alcoholic, or she never went to college and is a bum who would throw wild parties and have random guys over for sex if no one were home to watch her. Yeah, OP could've said no to that, because her legally adult sister is not her responsibility, but if her parents asked her, one night really isn't that big of a deal and she should do as they asked...
Stay home? To babysit your "little sister"? So, what I get from this is that you must be at least 20 and live at home. If your family is ridiculous and demanding, HOW ABOUT YOU MOVE OUT? Oh my God, that's unheard of! Honestly, you deserve it. If you want to make your own plans and have your life not at all controlled by your parents, grow up and be an independent. Stop being a child, yourself.
I feel like this wouldn't be an FML if OP's sister had some problem that prevented her from staying home alone.

You're obviously an adult, since your little sister is 19. YDI for not just saying "no, I have plans." Don't blame others because you lack a spine.
WTF?
