Today, I had to carry a 25kg bag of cement to an elderly customer's car because she refused to use a cart. "You're paid to work, so I'm gonna make you work." FML

Carts are meant to convey goods from one point to other. OP could have used that time and effort elsewhere. That was unfair.

So you use the cart, cart it to her car, and set it in the trunk. YDI if you carried it by hand. It is not worth destroying your back.

25kg is about 50 pounds correct? Depending on how far the customer parked I can see how irritating that would be.

25kg is like 55 pounds, for us in the US. Quit being a little bitch.
