One of the few times I've said "Awww.. that's sad" on this site. You should really see a doctor and, likely, psychiatrist. The issue can be physical or mental. Nip it in the bud. It can be self-propagating, too. Worry over doing it will cause it to happen more often.

My gf has the same issue, it's nothing, he will understand, I did, just tell him straight out. my gf and i are both 20, and it took ages for her to tell me, but after she did, it all worked out fine
