(1) It's Tuesday. Every guild raids on Tuesday nights and it's almost always mandatory. On top of that, Tuesday is easy boss night, where epics rain from the sky. Everyone shows up on Tuesdays. (2) It's a patch Tuesday. This patch released new bosses. Even guilds that are bored in ICC would expect full attendance today. (3) It's Patch 3.3.2, which released two new bosses that are a HUGE deal in lore (and one thatisn't): Sindragosa and the Lich King. Sindragosa is a loot pinata for any guild that could get past Lana'thel, so a highly progressed guild would expect to speedrun the first bosses to start their week's Lich King attempts. Translation: It's not a day anyone could miss, even more casual raiders.

I bet all the comments saying "WoW is much better than some gay awards ceremony" are coming from the ignorant teenagers on this website who cant think about anyone but themselves. Newsflash: if you cant put your selfishness aside for a few hours to do something that is important for your KID, you are a shitty human being. Please stay inside on your crusty keyboards playing WoW, society will be much better with you worthless losers kept hooked on a game that is a replacement for real life (which you cant handle).
