WoW FTW. But not THAT important... Was he raiding LK's Cathedral?
time to get a new husband. what a shit bag.
You married that loser.
Ugh.. this makes normal WoW players look really bad. :/ There's all these horror stories like this that give us a bad rep, but most of us are pretty normal and perfectly capable of setting aside the game for something going on in real life. (I have 2 80s. Horde, of course!)
Your son should totally understand bro.
Ima have to say once you start a raid you can't leave the group unless it's a fail group then it's ok
wow please tell me aren't with this pathetic loser...it sounds like his dad has an addiction to that game which means that you and your son are always going to be second and third! from the time I was 8 till now and I'm 18 my mom has been addicted to a game almost exactly like world of warcraft called everquest and it ruined our whole family! my brother is like emotionally damaged so am I and so is my older sister. I dot think you want your son growing up thinking that his "daddy" doesn't love him!
Addiction is addiction, whether it's to something you eat, drink or smoke, or play. I'm sorry that your husband is so addicted that he couldn't let his guild know that he wouldn't be available for the raid. My guild has a calendar that we use to sign up for raids, and if I had a son, I would make sure to not sign up on that day. Definitely look into help for your husband - and on your own as a spouse of an addict - if he worsens. WoW doesn't have to take over one's life. Good luck.

a man who loves WoW more than family shouldn't have one to begin with.
you'll be singing cat's in the cradle someday...
