I find this a bit offensive. OP, I'm assuming you're a minor, just go the neighbour's and explain how your parents won't let you use the bathroom, ask to use theirs, and wait for child & family services to show up and have a nice long chat with them about what constitutes borderline abusive behaviour. The embarrassment alone would probably change their tune pretty quickly. :p Seriously, what bathroom alternative did they suggest to you? Hold it in for a week? Walk to McDonalds every time you feel an urge? Idiots....

Seriously, they'd rather you pee in the kitchen? I only have a few logical explanations here: 1. They are doing it just to abuse you (assuming you're a minor, not letting you use the bathroom constitutes abuse). 2. They think it's about time you move out (if you're over the age of 18). 3. They got something seriously embarrasing in that bathroom. It's definitely not for hygiene reasons, anyway.

That's messed up. I'd just do my business all on the floor, where ever I felt like it. That'd remind them why bathrooms were invented and should be used.
