In my opinion, unless your girlfriend was getting surgery or was held by something of equal importance, she should have been by your side while you were going through this terrible situation. I'm really sorry for your loss, OP. My maternal grandmother died in October, and I miss her terribly. I had the luck to have my sweet girlfriend by my side, though. I'm really sorry you don't have that priviledge. I would tend to agree with many commenters here and say you should probably reconsider your relationship with this person, especially if she made such a gruesome demand as the picture of a corpse!
Yea good luck on that relationship. YDI for disrespecting your grandmothers body by sending a picture of her deceased and for disrespecting the sacredness of a funeral. Dump the insecure bitch and go to counseling and Learn how to respect yourself as well as the non-living.
Why didn't you take her with you??????
Dump her if she trusts you so little that you needed to do this! Seriously unless she is mindblowing in bed...

Sounds like a healthy relationship.
Bitch should have been at the funeral with you.
