The correct engineer response for anything when you don't know, or even if you do: "Well that depends.." Throw that flak up...it'll buy you some time as you explain the difference between SI and English units.

farads dude..... this is why work quality has declined horribly in the last few decades, when people with degrees have no idea what they r doing, who do you depend on if not yourself, yet this could also bring rise to more people trying to do things and becoming knowledgable in a broad range of things

Farad. But ususally, only capacitors with capacitance in micro farads are used in devices, as a farad is a big quantity of capacitance. Your welcome, Farad. =)
