Birds are related to some dinosaurs.
well, they used to be
Actually many biologists consider reptiles as a superclassification, not just a classification for snakes/lizards, and in this it includes birds. This arose due to the issues with certain aspects of the evolutionary tree that led to dinosaurs which were highly reptilian and avian, also the fact that the aspects that determine a reptile do not apply very well to crocodoillians and monitors, also the fact that birds are still scaled and their feathers are very similar to structures many reptiles produce (look at an iguana's spines and compare it to a stripped feather, you get the idea).
actually, birds r decended from dinosars, a name which means big lizard btw, they r actually closely related to reptiles
O stupid people... I wouldn't have been able to contain myself either.

Well they aren't as different as you think. Birds are descended from dinosaurs.
