Today, I let my dog outside to play. He shat on three cars, played dead in the middle of the street, and chased my neighbors' cat into a pool. When he came back into the house, he had a note taped to his back saying "IOU 1 lawsuit". FML

You "let your dog outside"? Do you not understand (now, at least) why that's not a good thing to do? Dogs do stuff like that when left alone outside. You're lucky he didn't attack a child, you could have a big lawsuit on your hands.

One word: fence. Your neighbor should have called animal control and made you pay the fine to pick up your dog. How can you claim to love your pet when you expose them to all the dangers of an off-leash world, like other dogs and cars? What if your dog killed that poor cat? I wish there was a law that forced people like you to take a pet ownership class. Please tell me you at least cleaned up those cars.

I wish there was a law that forced pets to be on a leash inside the city or neighbourhood. Dog parks are the only safe and acceptable place to let your dog loose in my opinion.
