Does he know he is the love of your life? I'm not saying run off and tell him if he doesn't, but ya know... It's not very mature for you to be so upset if this "love" came about after your cousin had introduced you two. If he left you for her, and then asked you to pick out rings, I could understand, but at the same time, I highly doubt you would have agreed to go if that were the case. Or did you introduce them after being friends with him for a long time? Meaning he may or may not have known your feelings, but he obviously didn't return them, so it's time to move on and find a man who does. Chin up, OP.
Am I the only one who finds this really creepy? This person is the OP's "love of their life", when they're marrying the OP's cousin? I think it far more likely that OP is crushing one someone else's "love of their life". When someone says something like this, I don't think "aww poor you," I think "woah crazy stalker woman, get the hell away from my significant other".
Three words: Vegas and roofies (not sure I spelled that right)... You're welcome.
That sucks :( something similar happened to me but they're not getting married. But my cousin knew I liked him and flirted really bad to the point that he liked her. Te sad part is that her brother told me all that she would do. Sucks.
Don't do it. You're torturing yourself.
Why go ring shopping? You might as well go and shove your hand in fire...makes as much sense...
Does this happen I be the same OP the cousin stole her partner?
When they have the wedding object for him when the priest asks if anyone objects. That would be so cool and just like the movies!!!
Just get something ugly.

I can't imagine how difficult that would be. You are a strong person for being supportive of your cousin; I can't say that I'd be such a good sport if I were in your position.
Your love is coming. Just hold on an be patient. Congratulations on being a wonderful enough person that you haven't tried to sabotage your cousin's happiness for your own.
