it's been said before, but what you think is laziness may very well be depression. Dreading enjoyable activities is a symptom of depression. OP, if this persists I suggest you see a psychologist or psychiatrist.
if you dont like being that way...the only thing stopping you is you.....maybe its time to seek some help..ots not normal to be bummed out about stuff that is supposed to make you happy
Lazy?....duh...you are Irish....?
I've had the same problems. You literally need to tell yourself, "is this how I want to live for the rest of my life?" You have to think about the consequences of sitting around like this. Then FORCE yourself to move. Sometimes just a walking around the house or calling a friend is enough motivation. Then start making plans. Keep yourself busy with things you like. Sometimes laziness comes from fatigue, lack of exercise, and bad eating habits. FORCE yourself into eating no bad carbs for a whole day and see the difference.
WHAT if we're too LAZY to ask ourselves THAT question?
I have the same problem. I actually get very upset when I think about making plans instead of sleeping..
Same I feel you
Depressed is the word you're looking for
I feel the same way knowing I have to wake up early the following day.:P
That's not lazy, that's just because we weren't all made to get up early.

I hate to sound like an alarmist, but you sound a little depressed, OP. Laziness and depression are often very hard to discern from each other.
Dont we all?
