Today, I'm training to be a nurse in a hospital. Our teacher asked for a volunteer to demonstrate how bed restraints work. After I was shackled to the bed she said, "Now let's make sure they work. Are you ticklish?" My entire class tickled me until I screamed, cried and nearly wet my pants. FML

in other words I'm a lawyer who hates seeing people pressing charges for anything... She got tickled... So what? Did she get injured? No. Does the teacher deserves to go in court for that? Don't think so... There are other ways of getting back at him than jamming the courts with stupid cases like that... But then i'm French and we think differently of the justice, suing is not the answer for everything and you must get that :)

In this case, the teacher led the student into a sense of false security, then let the whole class touch the woman innapropriately. She could have gone unconcious or even died from the experience, depending on the person. And all this while being strapped down? This can be easily classified as torture and sexual assault. You may live on France, but Ima America, we don't condone our teachers assault us in a dangerous way. This is NOT a small case. I doubt you could handle it since you are obviously not a lawyer. If the OP had reported or sued, the teacher would have lost her job and never found one in that career again, or lost a lot of money in a lawsuit. The teacher is clearly not to be allowed in a position of power.

Totally fake. You don't "train to be a nurse in a hospital" you obtain a degree from an accredited college and take a test to get your license to practice. Professors would never do these things, it's inappropriate and a violation of hospital policies. This is from Scrubs. What B.S.
