before ordering, maybe you should do some research. they don't make their food as you order it. it's pre made usually and then heated or they do a ''final cook''. You can't order fried rice and expect no egg. chinese food almost always has egg in it unless you are ordering something that it's just meat.

They may have made the mistake if English was their second language? My spouse has multiple allergies too so I definitely have sympathy for what you went through. You were smart to keep allergy medication on hand in case of screw-up. I would just have my revenge with an online review of the restaurant. That's how I usually get my revenge for poor customer service.
