My guess is that the parking garage CLOSES at 10, and the exorbitant fee is meant to get people out quicker, so any attendants aren't stuck waiting half an hour for those 4 car owners who are dragging their feet. I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me. This would also mean that the garage would probably be close to empty by this time, or else there are a LOT of wealthy people parking there. So I would think it would be easier to find your car... So, YDI for not playing it safe and getting there earlier (got there AT 10?), and for apparently parking in the largest parking garage on the planet (seriously, an HOUR??).

YDI. Also, even if this is true, most parking places, especially if they charge THAT much, have a maximum pay limit, say, $30, however long you stay... so I say you're making at least half of this up.

#9, it's possible they didn't have an alarm. I mean, I don't have one of those clicky things to lock my car and unlock them. I have to do it manually. If I really wanted one...I could go buy one...But, I'm just sayin, they may not have a clicky thing to do that. Also, We all have those moments. FYL
